Almost every puzzle on a South African shelf was printed and cut on another continent. Ours aren't. We design, print and cut our ranges locally — which means we control the board thickness, the print quality and the cut, and we can turn a new idea into a boxed puzzle without waiting on a container.
It also means we can do things importers simply can't: replace a single lost piece, run a custom classroom set for a school, and put new ranges out every season instead of once a year.

Why puzzles
Puzzles look like play. Developmentally, they're doing a great deal more than that.
Children form a hypothesis, test it against the shape in their hand, and adjust. It's the scientific method, aged three.
The pincer grip used to place a piece is the same grip that later holds a pencil. Puzzles build handwriting readiness.
A puzzle rewards staying with something difficult. In a world of instant feedback, that stamina is rare and valuable.
Rotating a shape in your mind before you move your hand is an early maths skill — and it predicts later performance.
"Under", "next to", "the corner one" — puzzles give adults and children a natural reason to use positional language.
Finishing something on your own, without an adult stepping in, is one of the cleanest confidence wins a child can have.
